Intel ARC B580 Already Out of Stock? Where to buy the Intel ARC B580

The Intel ARC B580 officially launched today, but it’s already nowhere to be found. The GPU sold out before launch during its pre-order phase on Newegg, Intel’s only official retail partner at release. At $249, this highly anticipated budget graphics card has become an instant sellout, leaving gamers frustrated and hunting for alternatives.

Why the Intel ARC B580 Is Generating Buzz

Intel’s ARC lineup has quickly become a contender in the GPU market, offering solid performance at aggressive price points. The ARC B580 was billed as the perfect entry-level card for 1080p gaming, with support for DirectX 12 Ultimate and hardware-accelerated ray tracing, all at a wallet-friendly $249.

Its price-to-performance ratio makes it especially attractive to budget-conscious gamers, system builders, and even content creators. However, this popularity also means scalpers likely scooped up a significant portion of the pre-order stock, banking on reselling the cards at inflated prices.

What Happened at Launch?

Newegg, the official launch partner for the ARC B580, allowed pre-orders ahead of today’s release. Those pre-orders sold out quickly, leaving no stock available when the GPU officially hit the market. Gamers who visited Newegg today were met with an “Out of Stock” label before they even had a chance to buy.

Unlike NVIDIA and AMD, Intel limited its launch to a single retailer, which may have contributed to the scarcity. Adding to the frustration, Intel’s ARC B580 has been officially listed on Amazon from their partner, Sparkle, but it is also unavailable the the time.

About Availability

Intel’s ARC B580 Limited Edition and models from add-in board partners Acer, ASRock, GUNNIR, ONIX, MAXSUN, and Sparkle launched today, starting at $249. However, WEELIAO GUNNIR Intel Arc B580 is currently the only option on the market with a price tag of $379.

Intel has announced that its slightly more affordable sibling, the ARC B570, will be available starting January 16, 2025, from $219.

For now, the ARC B580 is another example of a hyped product launching into scarcity. Whether Intel underestimated demand or intentionally kept supplies tight, one thing is clear: the competition in the budget GPU market is heating up. Stay patient, and with luck, you’ll snag one at the intended price.
